Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service

Who it's aimed at This qualification is for those who are in any role that deals with customers direct. Examples include: Receptionists Sales teams House Developer sales team Aftercare team Tenant liaison officer Call Centre teams etc Entry Requirements Relevant experience in customer service or in a role where there will be an opportunity to build this experience. Candidates must be aged 18 or above and must be in a role, or have access to an organisational context, that enables them to generate valid evidence for the qualification. Units options Mandatory units include: Organise and deliver customer service Understand the customer service environment Resolve customers’ problems Principles of business Manage personal and professional development Understand customers and customer retention Optional unit must be chosen from each group and will be chosen specific to the individual and what they do in their role. Already have a qualification?

If you have completed an NVQ or another recognised qualification in the last 3 years, that is linked to the qualification you want to complete, then you may be able to use this to reduce the amount of work required.

This is called 'Recognised Prior Learning' (RPL).

We’ll review your existing qualifications, to identify what can be used towards the qualification you are interested in completing. Through a detailed gap analysis, we highlight what you’ve already achieved and what is left to be completed to cover the qualification criteria, ensuring you don’t repeat work you’ve already completed.

If necessary, we will liaise directly with the awarding body to confirm if this can be accepted, giving you a clear, efficient,
and streamlined route to achieving the qualification, and if applicable, the CSCS Card you need.
