  • Let us handle the booking for you. Tell us what you need, including the course, location and candidate numbers, and we’ll source the ideal option on your behalf. We’ll then send over a price for you to consider and confirm.
  • As part of our managed training service, we take care of booking the training you require.

Our Mission

Lucelly Consultancy puts candidates first, delivering high‑quality qualifications that empower individuals to progress and help employers build stronger, more capable teams.

Course Types

  • Construction Health, Safety and Environment Course

    This qualification is for those starting out in Construction/civil engineering or about to and require a labourer CSCS Card.

    The one day course provides the learner with a Level 1 Award qualification and GQA CSCS Card (We apply for the card direct with the Awarding Body following a successful HSE test. We will then post this direct to the candidate).

    This qualification is delivered by Lucelly Consultancy, at employers premises and has a minimum of 16 employer candidates.

  • Skills Bootcamps/Pre-employment courses

    Skills Bootcamps are government‑funded courses aimed at helping adults gain in‑demand skills and progress into work or advance in their careers. They are part of the Skills for Life initiative and are available
    across England.

    They are designed to build sector‑specific skills and guarantee a job interview
    upon completion.

    These courses are delivered by our Training Partners.

  • Civils and Utilities Courses

    There is a wide range of courses available that may also complement some of our training qualifications.

    The courses available cover elements such as NRSWA Street Works, NRSWA for Supervisors and Operatives: Certificate in Signing, Lighting & Guarding, Avoiding Dangers from Underground Services, and many more!

  • CITB Courses

    As some of our partners deliver CITB courses, we can share the details of our trusted training partners, allowing you to book directly, giving you full control and choice or book them on your behalf.

    Please note: If you are a CITB Levy payer and want to claim the Grant funding or Employer Network funding, this will need to be booked direct with your CITB advisor and training provider.

  • Health and Safety Courses and Consultancy

    These may include: Producing RAMS, Audits, writing policies. Courses such as Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Working at Height, CDM regulations, Emergency First Aid, First Aid at Work, 
    Mental Health First Aid, Fire safety, Gas safety, Face Fit Testing & Train the Trainer
    Harness Training, Cat B (Non-Licensed Asbestos Removal), Temporary Works
    COSHH, and many more.

  • Plant and Equipment

    PASMA, Scaffold Inspection, Scaffold Refresher, IPAF, Ladder Safety, Cat and Genny, Abrasive Wheels Theory etc.
