    Who it's aimed at This qualification is for those working in this role already and is aimed at individuals wishing to prove they have the level and range of knowledge and skills to be able to prepare for and carry out inspections of different types of fire resistant door sets. Candidates for this qualification will primarily be carrying out inspections of fire resistant door sets in a range of settings. They will be involved in planning, preparing, inspecting and reporting aspects of the fire resistant door set inspection process. The candidate will need to be able to carry out all of the activities in line with current legislation relating to the inspection of fire resistant door sets. Entry Requirements Relevant on-site experience in construction relevant to this qualification. A level 2 qualification in passive fire protection would also support competence for this inspector role.
