Firstly, you are probably wondering what the name Lucelly (pronounced Loo- Chelly) actually means? It is actually derived from the Latin word meaning light.
Lucelly Consultancy is all about helping shine that light on others by supporting them to develop their skills and achieve recognised qualifications.
We were founded in 2023 with one clear purpose: to make the NVQ and qualification process faster, easier, and more successful for every candidate and every organisation we work with. We don’t just guide people through their NVQs , we help them achieve qualifications that open doors, build careers, and strengthen businesses.
We deliver a genuinely personal, one‑to‑one service that removes confusion, cuts down delays, and keeps candidates motivated from start to finish. Our customised approach means you’re never left guessing, never left waiting, and never left unsupported.
Based in Northumberland but working nationwide, we support organisations of every size, from Tier 1 contractors looking to upskill their workforce to self‑employed individuals wanting to secure recognised qualifications and win more work.
